Any organization or group wishing to use the Berlin Community School building facilities must complete and submit the application form found to the right.
Before filling out, please remember:
- Form must be submitted at least 30 days prior to an event in order to obtain Board of Education approval.
- Events will not be approved if this deadline is not met.
